If you wish to cancel your order for any reason please contact us immediately. Only orders that have not yet been dispatched can be cancelled.
Returns are accepted within 30 days. We are happy to give a full refund on all products (besides furniture) if they are returned within 7 days and returned ‘AS SOLD’ including all accessories and in the original packaging. It is your responsibility to return the unwanted items at your expense and risk.
Terms & Conditions:
All items must be inspected upon delivery and signed for accordingly. Any damages should be reported in writing within 7 days from the delivery date. We will not be liable to accommodate any claims made after this period.
Furniture that is supplied for self-assembly cannot be returned once the carton has been opened. Replacement or missing parts will be supplied.
If an item is received damaged or has a missing part we will send replacement parts free of charge within a reasonable time frame. Damages must be notified in writing within 7 days.
Additional Delivery Charges:
Please note there is an additional charge for large items being delivered to the following postcodes: AB, CA, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, IV, KA, KW, KY, LD, LL, ML, PA, PH, PL, SA, SY, TD, TR, TQ. Please contact us for a delivery price prior to placing any orders going to the mentioned postcodes. We currently do not offer a home delivery service outside the UK Mainland.
The buyer has the duration of 14 days to return any unwanted goods from the date the goods were delivered. After 14 days from the delivery date, we are under no obligation to accept the return goods unless they are faulty.
Should you wish to return goods, you will need to complete a return form that is available upon request. Upon completion of the return form please send via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then notify you whether the goods are eligible to be returned or not which usually takes up to 2 business days depending on the complexity of the return claim.
If your goods are accepted for return and received by us in a resalable condition you will then be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the original product price, which will be deducted from your refund. In the event, you wish to exchange the return goods for a different product you will be charged accordingly.
Orders that are faulty can be returned for a replacement, exchange or refund. The seller will cover the return postage costs on the condition the goods are returned using our appointed courier service. The seller will not be liable for any additional postage costs if the buyer uses a third party courier service. If the returned goods are not faulty the seller will not cover any postage under any circumstances.
The buyer must ensure any accepted returns are in their full and original packaging and are subject to the following –
- If the packaging is excessively damaged or missing but the goods are intact we will charge you the cost for new packaging.
- If the packaging is damaged or intact but the goods are damaged due to the buyer’s negligence we reserve the right to reject the return claim. The goods will then be either disposed of or sent to the confirmed delivery address at the buyer’s discretion, additional postage costs will apply.
- If the goods are damaged, missing or faulty please try to notify us within 48 hours of the delivery time or attempted delivery had taken place. Failing to advise us of any discrepancy may result in your return or replacement claim being rejected.
Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 36 hours of delivery. Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods, for the goods to be returned if they are not broken the following terms must be met:
- The goods must be unused.
- The goods must be returned in original condition & packaging.
- Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non-refundable and non- exchangeable.
- Lingerie and items of clothing are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- The goods must be received back within 14 days from delivery.
